Shipping

Shipping Costs are calculated at the checkout.

DISPATCH:

All stocked items will be dispatched within 48 hours if purchased on a weekday. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be promptly notified if their item is not in stock. 

- Please note that orders are sent on weekdays only!
All items will be delivered via Australia Post and customers will be provided with a tracking number. It is the customers duty of care to accept or collect their package.
-  Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Please note that if you would like to return an item and the item is not deemed faulty, the postage must be payed for by the customer. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct Shipping Address to Villains Clothing Online.

Please ensure you have tried to track your parcel and contacted Australia Post before contacting our team. For all International orders, please contact paul@fashionforce.com.au
