Shipping

Shipping Costs are calculated at the checkout.

DISPATCH:

All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date of the order. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be promptly notified if their item is not in stock. 

- Please note that orders are sent on weekdays only!
All items will be delivered via Australia Post and customers will be provided with a tracking number. It is the customers duty of care to accept or collect their package.
-  Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer!
- Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct Shipping Address to Villains Clothing Online.
