Change of mind?

Not quite right? You can send your item back to our head office within 28 days of purchase if you change your mind about the garment. If the item is in the correct condition as stated below you will be issued with a gift voucher of equal value. The gift voucher is only valid for Villains Clothing Online, you can not use this voucher in our Retail stores.

OR

You can return your item back to one of our retail outlets with 28 days of the purchase date if you change your mind about the garment. If the item is in the correct condition as stated below then you will be offered an exchange or a credit note to the equal value. This credit note cannot be used online and is only valid in our retail stores. It is a condition that you provide a copy of your order with a tracking number as proof of purchase from the online store. 

In order to return an item it must be in the following condition: 

- Unworn and unwashed

- Tags attached

- Free from make up and fake tan

- Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.

Faulty Item?

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our returns team as soon as possible via: paul@fashionforce.com.au explaining the product faults with images attached to the email.

If an item is deemed as having a manufacturer fault, you will be offered a replacement item, a refund or a gift certificate.

Villains Clothing does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing before offering a refund.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

- SALE category items

- Accessories

- Intimates

- Worn items
